What You Need to Get Started

An internet connection and secure network
You will be provided a tracking number once Swivel has shipped your device. Use the tracking number provided to track the status of your order or contact Support for additional assistance.
Device Setup
You must have an owner or manager user permission role to complete setting up the device setup.
Plug in the power cord to the Swivel Sync device and to
an outlet near your wifi router.
Plug in the ethernet cord to the Swivel Sync device and your wifi router.
Press power on the front of the device.
Log into your Swivel account at portal.swivelcrm.com. Navigate to the Settings tab on the left side navigation and select Swivel Sync and then Devices.
Select Add New Swivel Sync Device. Reference the Serial Number on the bottom of your device and input that into the Serial Number Field.
Important Note: Serial number value is case sensitive.
Skip the Name and Token fields and leave as they are.
Click Save.
