There are currently two different ways to send a broadcast email to a saved contact list:
The Engagement Bar on the Contacts, Leads, and Clients Tab
Creating or Adding an Email to a Campaign from the Marketing Tab.

Create and Send an Email from the Contacts, Leads, or Clients Tab
Sending a broadcast email from either the Contacts, Leads, or Clients tab is a quick and easy way to send an email to a targeted group of contacts by using an Email Creation Wizard. Follow the steps below to create and send or schedule a broadcast email.
Select the Contacts (or Leads or Clients) tab from the left hand navigation menu.
In the Engagement Bar, select Email.
The Email Creation Wizard will appear. In Step 1, users will create the email subject, body, and sender information using the fields below:
Account - users can select available email domains connected in their tenant. See Microsoft Outlook Integration, Google Integration, or Connect an Email Domain
Name - Sender Name
Address* - If the Account selected is a domain connected with Sendgrid, users can free text add the email address to their domain.
Email Subject - Subject of the Email. The email subject also becomes the title of the email campaign for later referencing analytics.
Body - Select from Free text editor, Email Template, or HTML to complete the body of the email.
Select Next.
Step 2 -Select the saved contact list you would like to send the email to.
Select Next.
Step 3 - Schedule Delivery. Users can either select to send email now or schedule for a later date and time.
Select Next.
Step 4 - by pressing send, your email with either be sent immediately or scheduled for later.

Create and Send an Email from Marketing Campaigns
Sending an email to a saved contact list can also be done within a campaign in the Marketing Tab.

Navigate to the Marketing tab from the left side navigation
Select your desired Campaign or Create new by selecting Create Campaign.
Once in the Campaign view page, select the action menu to Edit the campaign.
In the List section of the Edit window, select from any saved Contact List in your tenant. This will attach this list to the Campaign in order to send a broadcast email.
Select Save
Navigate to the Media Channel section of the campaign view page, and select New Channel.
Select your desired Channel Type, in this case, Email.
The Email Creation Wizard will appear.
In Step 1, users will create the email subject, body, and sender information using the fields below:

Name - Sender Name
Address* - If the Account selected is a domain connected with Sendgrid, users can free text add the email address to their domain.

Body - Free text editor to complete the body of the email.
Select Next.
Step 2 -the Contact list selected for the campaign automatically displays in the To drop-down
You will also see a display of the contacts included in the contact list as well as the current count of Email Credits Available.
Click Next.
Step 3 - Schedule Delivery. Users can either select to send email now or schedule for a later date and time. Once you have made your selection, < click Next.
Step 4 - The final step is < click Send to confirm the email will be sent at the desired date/time.
