There are two options for sending broadcast emails to a contact list.

Step-by-Step Set up Instructions
From left side navigation menu, go to Contacts and click > +Create List
Note: you can also go to your Leads tab and/or Clients tab
Complete the Create Contact List Form to create the list based on desired criteria (see Creating Contact Lists) and > click Save.
Once you have your list, click the Email button
Complete the Email Wizard form
