Swivel User Profile

Your user profile can be found under the My Profile section. It includes your first and last name, email, phone number, time zone and even a photo.

Please follow the instructions below to set up your profile, make any necessary updates to your account information (as needed), and confirm you have been assigned the Agent User Role if you are responsible for writing polices.

Complete your User Profile

  1. From the left-hand Main Navigation Menu > click Settings.

  2. Select Profile to:

    βœ”οΈ Add your picture

    βœ”οΈ Update your time zone

  3. Select Calendar & Email Sync and > click Add Account (or use the +Calendar & Email Account button) to launch the sign-in wizard. Follow the prompts to sync your desired email and calendar to:

    βœ”οΈ Have emails sync to the Communication Log

    βœ”οΈ Have your Client Appointments display in their contact record

    βœ”οΈ Enjoy full use of the Swivel Calendar Experience!
